Health of your puppy

Congratulations on your decision to add a Central Valley Puppy to your family!!! We will do everything we can to make sure this is a good experience for you.

One of our main objectives at Central Valley Puppies is to raise healthy, happy English Bulldog puppies. One way we accomplish this is that we have a happy, healthy English Bulldog. We follow a very strict and effective health schedule for our dog and for her puppies.

Your Central Valley Puppy will come with:        

1. Contract and health guarantee
2. AKC registration paperwork
3. Current vaccinations and worm schedule
4. A veterinary health certificate
5. A DVD slide show of your puppy's first 8 weeks of life
6. A homemade blanket that smells like mommy, to help ease the transition into your home.

       

Guarantee

Central Valley Puppies are guaranteed to be free from infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased and to be free of any life threatening congenital defects, for one year after date of birth.

Within 5 days after taking your new puppy home, the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian and if there are any issues, CVP's veterinarian will examine the report and if he confirms the report, CVP will replace the puppy. 

CVP must be notified immediately of any problem via a report from a board certified veterinarian. If a congenital defect is proved within one year from the birth of the puppy, and the puppy is returned to CVP, all return charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the breeder's permission no replacement will be given. A replacement puppy must be agreed on by both parties. The purchaser must understand that the replacement puppy will not necessarily be from the same litter. Any shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, démodé tic mange, cherry eye, and other auto-immune disorders are not covered by this guarantee. Due to the nature of the breed, Bulldogs can be predisposed to certain medical factors during their lifetime. Breed-related, correctable/treatable, minor conditions or any condition that can be treated by a licensed veterinarian, are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee is in effect until the Bulldog reaches one year of age.

Please do not take the puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease.

CVP reserves the right to have the first opportunity to take the puppy back should a situation arise where you cannot keep puppy.  Please contact us immediately should you find yourself unable to keep your puppy, for any reason.

 

Pricing

Our English Bulldog puppies start at $3,200. Individual pricing is available on the "available puppies" page after 3 weeks of age.  We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy for you until he/she is 8 weeks old. We will accept cash, money order, or cashier's check. We also accept payments through PayPal (small fee added-about 3% of the total transaction amount).

 

Shipping                           

We will be happy to ship your puppy if you are too far away to pick him/her up. We prefer to have our puppies picked up in person, but understand that sometimes shipping is necessary.  The cost for shipping will be subject to travel costs depending on distance and will be quoted before final arrangements are made.   Shipping costs will include a travel crate, if necessary.  We will do everything we can to make sure your puppy is as comfortable as possible on the trip to his/her new home!!!
